This is the first edition of the IDEAS MATTER podcast, a new hub for debates and discussion hosted by the battle of ideas (boi) charity. Professor Frank Furedi talks to journalist Ella Whelan about the boi’s upcoming residential summer school, The Academy.
Over the course of a weekend at Wyboston Lakes in Bedfordshire, the boi will host a series of lectures and seminars on the culture wars – how to understand them, where they’ve come from, and how to deal with our contemporary problem of warring identities.
